Title: Customer Support Specialist for US shift
Timings : 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM
Responsibilities:
Answering Inquiries:Responding to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving technical issues or problems customers encounter.
Providing Solutions:Offering solutions and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand how to use products or services effectively.
Product Knowledge:Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services offered by the company.
Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Escalation:Knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.
Skills Required:
Minimum Graduates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Voice Process, either in Customer Support or Sales.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers.
Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Customer Service Skills:Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude are crucial for building rapport with customers.
Technical Skills:Depending on the role, some technical skills may be required, such as proficiency in using CRM software or troubleshooting technical issues.
Time Management:Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Must be willing to take English Proficiency Test with minimum 75% passing marks. Only then offer letters will be rolled out.
